Our Customer Services will let you know as soon as your device arrives at the lab.

Diagnosis

HDDs are usually diagnosed with 48 hours of arrival. We will email you the Evaluation and the costs for your recovery. Phones and SSDs are more complex. Please contact Customer Services and we can explain the process.

Recovery

We’ll recover your data and send you a ‘File List’ so that you can check that you’re happy with the recovery.

Rapid Return

We’ll copy your data onto a hard drive, memory stick or card and return it to you by courier.

Notes

The free collection service is from anywhere on the UK mainland and collections operate Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm
There is a £95 + VAT non refundable diagnosis charge payable on SSDs and tablets. This amount is payable before the diagnosis begins.
We will need to dismantle your SSD or tablet to diagnose / recover the data
Your SSD or tablet will be returned to you in a non working state
Your data will be recovered to a new hard drive
