Notes
- The free collection service is from anywhere on the UK mainland and collections operate Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm
- There is a £95 + VAT non refundable diagnosis charge payable on SSDs and tablets. This amount is payable before the diagnosis begins.
- We will need to dismantle your SSD or tablet to diagnose / recover the data
- Your SSD or tablet will be returned to you in a non working state
- Your data will be recovered to a new hard drive

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Janice and the lab team are outstanding. Good communication and updates throughout. Files on 2 discs were retrieved, 1 with new heads needed. Good pricing - transparent and competitive. They've been amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

A very effective service
My iPhone completely bricked on holiday and I tried everything, even a new screen but I couldn't get it to work. I thought I had lost all my holiday photos but Data Clinic managed to recover everything that was on the phone and I couldn't be happier! They are very friendly and professional.

Really satisfied with the service
Really satisfied with the service from start to finish. I've contacted multiple companies around Manchester which all quoted £400-700 with turnaround of minimum 1 week, whereas they've completed this within 3-4 working days for less than £300.

Very easy and quick turnaround
Very easy and quick turnaround of retrieving all my data from a 15+ year old hard drive which recently stopped mounting. Comms and expertise were A++ and I'm very happy with the result.
Thousands of family photos recovered
Hard drive failed with thousands of family photos not backed up anywhere. Was expecting the worst — very happy with Data Clinic, they retrieved it all and transferred it to a good hard drive. Lesson learned!

I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5! I am absolutely blown away by the service, level of professionalism and such friendly, accommodating and wonderful staff. I had a horrific scare with my hard drive.
They volunteered a lower price!
They quoted a price I was happy with, but when they received my bad hard drive they realised they could fix it more easily than first expected and reduced the price.
