A very smooth experience from start to finish
A very smooth experience from start to finish. I had a large music collection I thought I’d lost forever. I phoned them up and the process was clearly explained to me. They got my drive on the 4/8/26 and I got my data back on the 11/8/26. I got all of my data apart from one file that they reported was damaged so a fantastic result for me. Very reasonable price and very pleased with the quick service. The only negative was that the online payment system is not very mobile phone friendly and I had to call them to make the payment but apart from that i am super pleased I chose them. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone.

A very effective service
My iPhone completely bricked on holiday and I tried everything, even a new screen but I couldn’t get it to work. Xiaomi / Redmi Phones – Recovery Levels
Level 1 Recovery – Physical Damage & Basic Component Faults
Level 1 Xiaomi data recovery covers issues with parts like the screen, charging port or battery. Around 60% of Xiaomi phones are recovered at this stage. Level 1 fees apply regardless of outcome.
Level 2 Recovery – Internal Component & Chip-Level Issues
Level 2 is required when the issue lies with small internal components: CPU, EEPROM or motherboard. This is common with phones that are bent, burned, exposed to water or heavily damaged. Level 2 cost is chargeable only on successful data recovery.
Advanced Rebuild & Reconstruction (Level 3)
If Level 2 doesn’t work, our Advanced Reconstruction & Rebuild service may still retrieve data, even from severely damaged Xiaomi phones. This service is customised, may take longer, and is quoted separately.

This problem may be related to the charging port located at the very bottom of the phone. This area of electronics is tasked with the power throughput to allow the battery to charge and the connection interface, if these features are no longer correctly working then the changing port maybe be damaged or faulty.

Phone Dead & Showing No Sign of Life
Another common enquiry here at Data Clinic, this problem can have many root causes including something as simple as the on/off button is not working correctly, a hardware failure such as the phone screen being physical damaged, the battery being dead and unable to take charge, or a more serious hardware failure.
